Share your ideas about Air Quality in Westminster and get £100!

We will be hosting an Air Quality Action Plan Design Day to shape our new Air Quality Action Plan 2025 - 2029. This event will bring together a diverse group of participants to discuss and address the opportunities and challenges associated with improving air quality in Westminster. Our aim is to collaboratively make decisions that reflect the needs and perspectives of the community.

The session will take place on Monday 30th September between around 9:30 am – 4pm in a central Westminster location. Residents that take part will receive a gift of thanks worth £100. 

The deadline to register your interest in the Air Quality Action Plan Design Day is Friday 30th August.

Additional workshop date - 12th July

Westminster City Council has delivered numerous community workshops throughout June and we have one additional date on the 12th July 2024 in Queen's Park at Happy Hub, 23 Third Avenue, W10 4RS. The aim of the workshop is to make sure that community voices are represented in the design and creation of the strategy and its vision. These workshops are designed for everybody so no specialist knowledge will be needed.

All workshop participants will be offered £20 Love2Shop vouchers to encourage participation and recompense them for their time and effort. The venue is fully accessible and light refreshments will be provided.

Update on the Sustainable Transport Consultation – deadline extended!

We are currently consulting on proposed priorities for the council’s new Sustainable Transport Strategy. The deadline for responses has been extended to Sunday 21 July and you can find full details about the consultation online here as well as sign up for regular updates.

Community workshops

Over the coming weeks we will be hosting a series of community workshops. The aim of the workshops is to make sure that community voices are represented in the design and creation of the strategy and its vision. These workshops will be held both in-person and online, from 10th June to 24th June. People can register for their preferred workshop here – and we would welcome your support in promoting these through your networks.
